    You could even have a description in your profile depending on your stats. for example:

    username is a tv dramas fan, he's a tv-aholic. Spends XX hours per week watching TV! But he's not very keen on watching documentaries. His favorite tv-series is blabla and has seen it twice this week.

    When you get in a Show page, you can see the number of checkins you have made. You could add the possibility of listing them or at least se which one was the last check in you made in that show. That way the user can easily know which is the next episode to see.

    Recent activity per tv shows: add a tab or whatever in the recent activity tag so you can see a list of the shows you're following and the last check-in in each of them.
