An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedBest idea I've seen here! It would be even cooler if you could be the mayor of (for example) "Chuck" for a certain place.
Example: I live in North Carolina, so if I watch the most "Chuck" out of everyone in North Carolina, then I could become the "North Carolina mayor of 'Chuck'" or something along the lines of that.
I hope that makes sense! haha :DCameron Wood supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedThat would be cool! But if someone from Twitter replies to the post, and then someone from Facebook also replies to the post, how would the each of them be informed of the other's comment if neither of them has a Miso account?

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedWould be hard to do, especially if someone watches A LOT of television. The calender might be hard to create. And if the person never watches the shows when they're live on the air (meaning on their DVR or TiVo the next day), it might look bad and be incorrect.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedI don't understand how you can follow a chart? How often is you're top 10 going to change? :/

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedMake this feature only go into effect when a check-in is more than a month old or something. Sort of like on Twitter with posting statuses.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedhaha I agree! I've only been a member for a month or two (I can't remember since there's no join date on my profile!), but it looks like I've been a member for a year at least!

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedI love it! But only do this with primetime television. It would probably make my timeline too spammy if you did all of the repeat episodes and daytime television too.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedYeah, just kind of a "drag and drop"-type thing. Don't make it too complicated! haha

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedNot as many people check-in the a specific episode as you might think. It takes a little extra work, so I think that extra effort should be rewarded with a point! :D

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedTry to make it available on the iPhone app too please! I do 99% of my checking in from my iPod Touch, and it's aggravating not having as many cool features as the website.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedMy only concern would be the people who only watch one episode of a certain series and that's it, I'm mostly talking about reality shows. Then they'd always have this bar on their profile that says they're like "2% of the way through the series! Keep going!" That could get annoying.
I would say to not start with the bar-thingy until they're at least 5 episodes in to the series.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedYES! I was about to suggest the exact same thing before I saw this! I hate people who spam their Twitter and Facebook pages with check-ins and games and junk, a weekly (or even daily) summary would be great!
What would be even better would be if you let the users choose how often they would like a summary to be posted on their other social networking sites. I would personally like one every other day! :)

We are continuously working on making Miso more fun for you. If you have any suggestions please send them to feedback@gomiso.com!
An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedI have the same thing happening to me, and the genius thing about it is: it makes you check into shows you wouldn't normally watch. You're not getting badges because you watch the same shows over and over again, but if you start watching new shows, you'll start getting badges again!
In all fairness, I would like more badges for specific episodes like season premieres/finales, or episodes with special guest stars.
For example: Timothy Dalton was on Chuck for a few episodes. I would have LOVED to get a badge that said something along the lines of, "James Bond vs. Chuck: The Epic Battle" or something. Just a thought! :D -

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedI like this idea, but also make it so if you know you're not going to be able to watch that show that day, turn it off, but just temporarily for that episode.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cameron Wood commentedmiso.com was already taken I believe. If you Google, "Miso", gomiso.com is the first website to pop up so I think they're fine.
This would be very helpful, especially when I watch an entire season of a show in a few days. Very quick and easy check-ins.
